If you are going to arrive late, kindly let the client know at least 30mins before the scheduled arrival time and update the client regularly; the client must not call Admin about lateness. Respect the client's time. Be professional, clean, kind, polite, and respect the client's space, do not invade clients' privacy. NEVER discuss any future bookings at all that have not been booked on MAHB; it is prohibited. On arrival, kindly re-check all booking details, pictures, notes, and messages; Make sure you understand and confirm all booking orders before you start work. Make sure the client is happy with your service before leaving the client's house. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Request for review after the service is completed.
