    5 stars, her communication from the start was excellent. She was on time, professional and came to the appointment equipped with the proper tools. She was efficient, and fast, but you would not see that in the work that she did. Braids are even in size, parting is neat, and tension not too tight. She brought the exact extensions that I requested and made sure that I was satisfied with the service.
