To ensure you get the best of our service, please endeavour to read through these terms and conditions thoroughly to avoid any disappointment in the future. This Agreement is binding to everyone we do business with, including our clients, vendors, beauticians, suppliers, contributors, and visitors who come in contact with our products, service now, or in the future.

Serviced Countries

MAHB Website and our Apps are provided for users in the United Kingdom only. While access may be possible from outside the United Kingdom; neither this Website nor our Apps are intended for such use, and as such users outside of the United Kingdom access to our Website and Apps are at their own risk.

Our Beauticians

Our Beauticians are freelance Beauticians taking a freelance job on our Apps and at https://mobileafrohairdressersandbeauty.com/. As such, they are not under any obligation to work every day. They are self-employed; they only open their calendar when they are available to work. If you can't find the date and service you are looking to book, please send us a custom appointment request, using the custom appointment section available on the appointment page; and we will ensure to find an available beautician to come to you.

Phone Number Sharing with our beauticians.

We do not share our client's phone number with our beauticians. You can only communicate with our beautician here on MAHB only. You can not collect any of our beautician's phone numbers or exchange any form of contact with them when they visit; it is prohibited. You can only Rebook our beauticians through our website/app only.

Any problem, kindly call ADMIN or use our website's support ticket.

We sincerely need your support and cooperation to make this platform a successful Mobile Afro Hairdressing And beauty booking platform in the UK. Please do not spoil it for everyone by giving/ collecting numbers from our beauticians and booking them outside MAHB. Any sharing of phone numbers with our beauticians during their visit is prohibited; you may be fined, banned, and legal action may be taken.

Phone Number Sharing on our Website/Apps

MAHB Will ask for your phone number during sign-up/ registration for Admin use only and not be shared with our beauticians. You are prohibited from writing your phone number or social media username in the description area or any area on this Website other than during registration. You are only allowed to update your phone number in your account settings only. Any sharing of phone numbers with our beauticians during their visit is prohibited; you may be fined, banned, and legal action may be taken.

Beauticians Reviews

Before you book a beautician, you can check their portfolio and reviews before booking. You can only leave a review after your appointment is completed. Your ratings will help us to improve the quality of our service.

Accessing Our Website and Apps & Account Security

To access MAHB Website and Apps or some of the resources it offers, you will be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of our Website and Apps that all the information you provide on our Website is correct, current, and complete. Information collected from you is used to process your booking; some of the details obtained from you may be shared with beauticians to fulfil the service. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your username, password, or additional security information.

Service Restriction

You are only allowed to use this Website and Apps If you are 16 or above. We reserve the right to limit your use of our site or cancel an order if we feel it is not legit or if we feel it's harmful to our image or service. These restrictions come in any form, including using our service online, purchasing, or paying for services online or reaching out to us.


To enable smooth service and fewer hiccups on our MAHB Website and Apps, all transactions are made using the following mediums.

Payments – Payments are made when an appointment is booked. This confirms your spot and logs you in our record as a viable client. We accept payment using credit cards, debit cards, and Paypal.

Sales – when clients demand one of our numerous products and services but cannot offer the above method of payment, we will manually send you an invoice with our bank details.

Remember, all payments made are exclusive of VAT and taxes.


We value all our customers and theirs feedback on our Website. Do not, by any chance, knowingly or unknowingly, infringe on our rights or go against the terms and conditions stated here. Every appointment made by you is appreciated by the MAHB team. We will not cancel, shift, change or fail to turn up at the precise location at the right time to give you the best luxurious treatment ever. If for any reason, the beautician you booked is no longer available to offer the service, we will ensure to reschedule your appointment with another available beautician. We will also appreciate that customers cooperate with beauticians and follow the conditions stated herein.

More Information About Your Booking.

If you did not buy an add-on service (in step 2), kindly wash, blow-dry, detangle and buy your hair extensions before the beautician arrives. Kindly let us know if your beauty service or hair is challenging, and attach a picture in step 6. Kindly let us know of any special requirements for your booking. If you bought an add-on(in step 2), i.e., hair colour, hair extensions, Kindly write the colour in step 6. Kindly let us know if you will be providing your hair extensions and if they are Pre-stretched. If you already have your product or hair extensions, kindly attach a full picture/pictures in step 6, so the stylist/beautician can confirm if it's the right hair/product suitable for the style to avoid any hiccups. You must also attach the full picture/pictures of the style or final look/looks you want to achieve with your booking.

Customer Satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Kindly be straightforward and tell/show the beautician exactly how you want the service to be done or the final picture before they start working. Please check properly and make sure the service provided is as you ordered. If you are not satisfied with the service, kindly let the beautician know immediately after completion; so they could fix it before leaving. You must let the beautician know you are not happy with your booking, so they are aware you may be requesting a refund from MAHB. You would get a Zero refund if you did not tell the beautician that you are not satisfied with your booking before they leave, or call MAHB ADMIN immediately while the beautician is still with you. If the beautician can not rectify the service, Kindly call MAHB Admin immediately while the beautician is still with you, not after leaving your house. Some beauticians travel from far, and may not be able to come back to redo the service.

Arrival: You are expected to show utmost respect to our beauticians at all times and ensure their safety during appointments.

Bookings: You must be a registered member on MAHB to book a service. To book simply select service, add-ons, recheck your address, choose beautician, choose date and time, make the payment, and kindly wait for the beautician to approve your appointment.

Payments: Full payments must be made at the time of booking, we do not collect cash payment, however, if you forget to add a service add-ons at the time of booking, we will add the invoice to your booking and send you another payment request. All payments must be made before the beautician can attend.

Custom Appointments: We will ensure our listed services are up to date. Should in case you are not able to find your required service or you can not find any beautician around you, you can send us a custom appointment request. You can also use a custom appointment request if our available beautician online is more than 20miles from you.

Add-ons/Additional Services: You can book extra service add-ons like wash hair before, take out hair before, buy braiding hair extension, or any additional service.

Approval of Appointment: If a Beautician calendar is open online, it means they are available. But we can not guarantee approval of appointments booked in less than 24hours to the Appointment time.

Service Description box: You may leave a note, picture, colour of extension for beauticians to avoid any misunderstanding.

SMS Notifications: We usually send SMS booking notifications, alongside email notifications, and newsletters; Kindly make sure your contact number and email are up to date.

Customer Appointment Reschedule – If for reasons beyond your control, you cannot meet up with an appointment; we will appreciate a 72 hours notice to enable us to change your appointment to a better and convenient time and to also allow us to insert another client in your slot.

MAHB Appointment Reschedule: Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason, the beautician you choose at the time of booking is no longer available to provide the service, we will ensure to reschedule with another available beautician. If there is no available beautician, we will refund payment in full.

Rebooking: You can rebook a previously booked beautician at any time by visiting your booking history and click on the booking, then click on the beautician, check their calendar and rebook them for the same appointment or any other appointment they provide.

Calendar: Beauticians open their Calendars, schedules, and time slot based on their availability. If you can't find the date and time you are looking to book, check another beautician calendar, or use a custom appointment.

Extra Distance Charges: Booking up to 10miles is booked at a standard service price. You can still book a beautician more than 10miles from you at an additional distance fee per mile.

Tips: We do not accept cash payment for services, add-ons, and extra distance charges. But cash can be given to the beautician as tips after the service.

Reviews: We appreciate your patronage and hope you will be happy with your booking. MAHB will request for your review after your appointment is marked as completed by the beautician. Your review will help us to improve the quality of our service. Any complaint, please use the support ticket.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with your hair, makeup, and beauty services. Please let your stylist know immediately. They will do everything possible to remedy anything that you do not like about your hair or beauty service until you are happy.


As a mobile styling service, we will run into hiccups occasionally. Travel distance time from one client to the other might take longer than usual. But we will ensure we get to your premises 10 to 15 minutes before the appointment time; You can cancel your appointment after 1-hour lateness if you can not wait any longer, and you will get your full refund. You must be ready for your appointment when the beautician arrives. You must not waste Beautician time, because this will affect other beauticians' scheduled jobs.

Cancellation Of Appointment

Cancelling an appointment is similar to rescheduling it. We therefore request a notice after the appointment is booked. You can call/email to cancel an appointment; however, if the appointment is withdrawn by you less than 72 hours before the appointment time, you will get a refund of 50 percent of your payment.

Refunds: A full, partial, or Zero refund will be made in the following cases.

Should a beautician not show up due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be made to you.

If you cancel an appointment with more than a 72hours notice given to us, you will get a full refund.

If you cancel an appointment due to COVID symptoms with more than 48hours notice given, you will get a full refund.

Appointment booked for same-day service will be considered as an express appointment, should you wish to cancel, you can do this within 15 minutes after booking, and you will get a full refund.

A full refund will be made to you for all bookings cancelled within 15 minutes after booking.

If the appointment is withdrawn by you with a 10 hours notice to the appointment time, you will only get a 50 percent refund.

In a case where our beautician turns up at your door, and you are unavailable for up to 1hour, You will get zero refund.

You will get Zero refund if you did not tell the beautician that you are not satisfied with your booking before they leave, or call MAHB ADMIN immediately while the beautician is still with you.

PLEASE NOTE: Because we travel to you; all standard service price includes travel time and transport fare up to 10miles, due to our business's nature. If our beautician shows up at your house at your appointment date and time; You can not get a full refund.

Congestion Charge: A Congestion charge of up to £30 may apply if you live in central London, and the beautician you choose will be driving to you.

Booking Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any booking or further bookings should our terms & conditions or privacy policy be breached by you. Your appointment will be cancelled if you mistreat or disrespect our beautician for any reason. Discounts and Coupons

Our first-time customers and long-term clients are deserving of the best treatment by us. To ensure you are truly appreciated for using our service, we may offer discounts or give coupons which are redeemable towards your future bookings on our Website and Apps. Remember, our beauticians do not have the authority to give out discounts without prior notice or permission. Please note that coupons and gift cards cannot be swapped for cash, transferred, or sold to another client; they are only redeemable by you.

You can communicate with your stylist anytime after booking using the chat section available on each appointment. You can only communicate with your beautician immediately after booking/payment.
