You are prohibited from using this website if you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions of use. 

Failure to comply with the following terms below might result in your account being banned, fined; also, legal actions may be taken.


For Clients

1. You must register with your correct email, name, address, and phone number. 

2. Due to the nature of our Job, because we offer home service only; We do not accept male client / male staff.

3. We can not guarantee approval of appointments booked in less than 24Hours to the Appointment time.

4. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final; we do not accept refunds. However, if service can not be provided, we will refund in full or reschedule.

5. Please make sure you are happy with the staff portfolio before booking.

6. If you are not happy with your hair, makeup, or any beauty treatment, you must point it out and ask the stylist to fix it before leaving as they can not travel to you another day to fix it. Any problem, please call Admin immediately.

7. The phone number collected from you is for admin use only; we do not share them with staff. 

8. You must not communicate with staff outside of this website; we have a chat section under each appointment.

9. Exchange of numbers or any contact details at the time of booking, during service or after service, is prohibited. Please report any staff or client who initiates the conversation. You can rebook staff here online.

10. We at Mobile afro hairdressers and beauty(MAHB) will not be responsible for any arrangement or rearrangement made between a client and staff over the phone, text, or contact.

11. You must leave a note, picture, colour of extension for staff to avoid any misunderstanding.

12. Some of the services do not include hair extensions; please take note before booking.

13. If you forget to send a picture at the time of booking, you can chat with the staff and send them to the appointment chat section.

14. If you would like to book a staff more than 15miles from you; You can pay extra to book the staff if they are available.

15. You can submit a custom appointment if your service is not listed or if there are no available staff or for group bookings.

16. We only accept online payments; full payment must be made at the time of booking because our stylist does not accept cash.

17. Cash payment to staff/collection of cash payment from a client is not allowed, Client should select add-ons at the time of bookings. Or book the extra service online while the staff is with them, the client can book it as a custom appointment.

18. You must be ready for your appointment when the staff arrives. You must not waste staff time, because this will affect other staff schedule jobs.

19. Please do not accept a staff with a baby, minor, or any other guest to the appointment.

20. Any under 16yrs must be looked after by their parents during the appointment.

21. You must make sure all your personal and valuables are kept in a safe place before the staff arrives, we will not be responsible for any loss.

22. You must welcome respect, and ensure the safety of staff during the appointment.

23. We will also send you an SMS booking notification alongside email notifications and newsletters; please make sure your contact number and email is up to date.

24. Should in case you are not happy with the service, or any problem? Please let the staff know immediately and contact Admin if the staff is unable to fix it or use a support ticket available in your user dashboard.

25. You can not cancel or reject a client after you have booked them online; due to their availability. However, if they are no longer available, we will replace them for you.

26. Cancellation less than three days by client, 50% will be charged. This will help the staff pay for any travel arrangement as a result of the booking.

27. Cancellation less than 24hours by staff, staff may be subject to be banned or penalties; Unless the appointment is booked within 48hours before cancellation.

28. Although if the Client cancels in advance, we will refund or reschedule the appointment.

29. Any problem at all, please contact Admin.

For Staff

Please do not make an application to join our team if you do not possess the following qualities. 

1. You must be 18years or over to apply.

2. Due to the nature of our Job, because we offer home service only; We do not accept male client / male staff.

3. You must upload a clear image of yourself. Any application form without a profile picture will not be approved.

4. Please do not make an application to join our team if you do not possess the following qualities: Must be professional, hardworking, Passionate, pleasant manner, punctual, clean, Know how to use the internet, Manage time well, follow instructions, keep an eye on your emails, monitor messages, check the website regularly and thoroughly trained or Qualified for any selected service.

5. No Instagram, Facebook, business name, and contact number in your profile and about section; also, you must not share with client during visit.

6. Please do not take a baby, minor, or any other guest to the appointment.

7. You must wear all black everything or look smart to a client location.

8. You must upload clean, bright, watermark-free, logo-free, and good quality pictures.

9. Your phone number is for admin use only; we will not share it with the Client.

10. All messages relating to bookings can be exchanged under each booking chat section.

11. You must not contact the client outside of this website.

12. Exchange of numbers, at the time of booking, during service or after service, is prohibited. Please report any staff or client who initiates the conversation. Client can rebook staff here online.

13. You must make sure to ask the client if they are satisfied with the service before leaving, Client must be happy with the service before you leave or before you mark the appointment as completed.

14. We at Mobile afro hairdressers and beauty(MAHB) will not be responsible for any arrangement or rearrangement made between a client and staff over the phone or contact.

15. You must arrive at your appointment location at the scheduled time. Lateness is not allowed.

16. Lateness is not acceptable, and you may be banned.

17. We only accept online payments; full payment must be made at the time of booking.

18. The Client pays the full amount before the visit. We do not accept cash from the client.

19. Cash payment to staff/collection of cash payment from a client is not allowed, Client should select add-ons at the time of bookings. Or book the extra service online while the staff is with them, client can book it as a custom appointment.

20. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final; we do not accept refunds. However, if service can not be provided, we will refund in full or reschedule.

21. Please ensure you turn your slots and calendar off if you are not available to work.

22. You can not cancel or reject a client after they have booked you online; due to your availability.

23. Cancellation less than 24hours 50% will be charged. This will help the staff pay for any travel arrangement as a result of the booking.

24. Cancellation less than 48hours by staff, staff may be subject to be banned or penalties; Unless the appointment is booked within 48hours before cancellation.

25. Although if the Client cancels in advance, we will refund or reschedule the appointment.

26. Your state and area located, portfolio, about, ratings, profile picture, calendar, and schedule is visible online, but your full address is not visible.

27. You must select at least one service, make sure you only choose and add services that you are qualified to offer before adding to your profile.

28. Any selected service must be included in the pictures in your portfolio.

29. Make sure You set your availability and time slots that you are available to work only. Do not make yourself available online if you are not available to work.

30. You must not leave your calendar and schedule open if you are not available to work.

31. Admin sets the appointment price. You can not edit them.

32. If there is a service you offer that is not listed in services, please email them to admin.

33. We will also send you an SMS booking notification alongside email notifications and newsletters; please make sure your contact number and email is up to date.

34. If you would like more info about any appointment, you can send the Client a message through the website. There is a chat section under each appointment.

35. If client would like to book a staff more than 15miles from them, they can pay extra to book the staff if they are available.

36. Should in case a client is not satisfied with their service, You must make it a priority to resolve the issue.

37. You must not go to any address apart from the one on the client appointment for safety reasons.

38. We at Mobile afro hairdressers and beauty(MAHB) will not be responsible for any arrangement or rearrangement made between a client and staff over the phone.

39. For braiders or hairstylist some appointment are inclusive of extension, please go with already pulled hair to save time, also go with an extra one just in case.

40. You must go to the client with everything you will need to complete the service.

41. Your beauty products must be clean at all times; makeup boxes must be neat; all hair products must be sanitary. Hygiene is a must!

42. All services booked on this website must be ACCOMPLISHED at the Client's Address. And not the other way round.

43. You must not invade the privacy of the client.

44. Any under 16yrs must be watched over by parents during beauty treatments.

45. Please fill in your account details available in setting in staff dashboard to receive payment, Make sure you mark jobs as completed to avoid payment delays.

46. Due to the nature of our Job, online payments and to guarantee customer satisfaction. We pay every Friday; this allows all online payments to clear into our Bank. It will also give us time to process payments.

47. 20% of all sales go to admin; this includes card/PayPal online charges, 3rd parties transaction charges, advertisements, and Maintenance fees.

48. You pay your tax yourself to HM Revenue and customs after you receive payment.
