    This is the second time I have booked Onos on behalf of my adult daughter Zoe who lives in sheltered housing. The first time she arrived late, and the hairstyle went messy really quickly after. The second time she was 2 hours late and within days the braids were coming loose and looking messy. Not professional at all for the price.
