    I’m sad to give a bad review but I’m really not happy with my service. I asked for my braids to be l and they are not. There the plaits are very thick and already causing pulling and tension at my edges. The roots of the knotless braids are thing then so much hair has been added they look and feel odd. I’m considering taking them out as I’m worried about damage to my front. Also there was so much jel applied to each section. Hair was done a week ago and the sections are still sticky. Also I asked to have brayss just below my bra line but they came down to my bum. I have already trimmed as much as I can but still super long and really hard to manage with my toddler. I’m hoping to get a parcial refund so I get at least the front redone
