The hairdresser was punctual to arrive, had prompt communication, and a pleasent disposition, however was not satisfied with the finished work. 1. I had knotless braids installed and asked for colour 1b and 1 to be used, but instead and brought a1b and a light brown colour. As I was on a tight schedule I had no choice but to use it. It ended up making my style look worn out and not at all as I would like. 2. I asked for the length to be mid back by the time it was complete it was longer and already the hair itself was tangling on the first day I've had goddess braids before and it should not tangle this quickly. 3. The start of the braids and consistency of the plaits were not as neat as I was expecting given the price paid. 4. Some of the curly parts of the hair that was left out of the braids were cut short and stick out prominently. Overall unfortunately whilst she was nice, I wouldn't use this hairdresser again.
