I wasn't happy with the front of my hair but Sandra changed it as it looked very spaced out at the front. It turns out the 4 packets of hair wasn't enough and some had to be taken from the back. Luckily I found some spare hair. It looks ok but still not sure about the front. Otherwise Sandra was a nice quiet lady and was punctual. She wore her mask and washed her hands on arrival.

Beautician replied:
