    Unfortunately I was very disappointed by this hairdresser. She did my daughter and my hair on the same day and both were below the standard we are used to. The curls on the goddess braids for my daughter came out over the first week. And after three weeks her hair was mainly just single plaits with only a few curls remaining. My crochet braids were falling out after the first night! With the help of customer service she came back to improve it. She arrived but gave no apology. In fact was quite rude. The amendments did mean no more strands came out. However I would still have ends sticking out that I had to hide. After three weeks we took them out. Usually taking out crochet braids takes two hours maximum but because of how she plaited the base it took five and a half hours! I will not be using her again.
