I really appreciated that Florence arrived on time and was able to complete the appointment within the timeframe. The final look is of good quality but it isn’t exactly as I wanted. The middle braid is too thick and I had asked for some hairs to frame the face which she did do but they aren’t quite in the right place. I look forward to another appointment with her!
